I need an HTML widget that allows me to embed various types of content. This feature would enable me to customize and enhance my content presentation by embedding different elements directly into the platform.

It would be great if the AI could greet callers by name when they are recognized. This personalized touch would enhance the caller experience and make interactions more engaging.
