We've pushed some new improvements and bug fixes to the social media blocks within your Studio Panel:
  • Facebook block now supports showing comments, replying to posts and comments, liking posts and comments, and pinning posts and comments to the top;
  • Instagram block now supports showing comments, replying to posts and comments, and pinning posts and comments to the top;
  • Facebook Messenger block now supports replying to messages, and pinning messages to the top;
  • Instagram Direct block now supports replying to messages, and pinning messages to the top;
Some features may require the correct user permissions and authentication (logging in via your Studio Panel).

Noticeboard Updates

We've pushed some minor updates to our noticeboard functionality:
  • Ability to upload up to 5 images to notices
  • Ability to archive/un-archive notices for later use
  • Ability to pin/un-pin notices to top for increased visibility

We've pushed some new improvements and bug fixes to our phone system:
  • New screener interface (allows you to watch other endpoints, bug fixes and performance improvements)
  • Live hold music improvements (faster connection times, increased capacity)
  • Fixed bug where hangup events failed to hang up properly (improper clearing)
  • Switched to OPUS+PCMU encoding for WebRTC phone call handling, this means smaller packet sizes, tighter audio compression and higher bitrates for better call quality.

One of our carriers (Optus) in Australia is experiencing an outage on inbound domestic calls.
On average, we have witnessed one in five callers experiencing a busy tone. The callee (you) sees the incoming call normally, but the callee hears static rather than the callers voice, and the caller can only hear a busy tone.
Calls originating from International Caller IDs towards Australia are not impacted.

We've launched the new 'Communications This Week' statistics block in your Studio Panels today!
Give your presenters a way to view listener communication statistics from the current week.
Access an interactive graph which breaks down communication channels per day, preview total counts for all communication channels, and view a leaderboard of top shows based on communication counts.

The leaderboard will only populate if you have shows and an active schedule populated. Don't have any shows or schedules set up yet? Click here to start.

Today we're introducing our newest uplifted block... the notes block!
You can now save multiple notes in your studio panels using our new block-based text editor. Add checkboxes, do-do lists, tables and more.

Improvements
  • Live Call Hold Stream Uplift
    – The old system was slow and inefficient, so we have deployed an almost instant solution so callers can hear your radio station live whilst on-hold. We have two regions available for this feature (US West & AU East).

  • Caller Intent/Notes
    – We think that caller intents/notes are a very important part of handling phone calls when live on-air. That's why we are showing caller intent/notes at all times within your studio panel (when populated). Keep your presenters well-informed of every call.

  • Call Transfers, Simplified
    – Need to transfer a call between your screener and studio endpoints? We admit, our previous implementation of call transfers was slow and unreliable. We've removed the 'Transfer' option and now only show a 'Transfer & Hold' icon. It's one less decision you have to make!

Bug Fixes
  • Call transfers between studio and screener endpoints were dropping, fixed by issuing correct callUUID's upon transfer
  • Calls stuck on hold and couldn't be transferred when using live call hold music, fixed by scrapping old system and implementing new hold system
