One of our carriers (Optus) in Australia is experiencing an outage on inbound domestic calls.
On average, we have witnessed one in five callers experiencing a busy tone. The callee (you) sees the incoming call normally, but the callee hears static rather than the callers voice, and the caller can only hear a busy tone.
Calls originating from International Caller IDs towards Australia are not impacted.

We've launched the new 'Communications This Week' statistics block in your Studio Panels today!
Give your presenters a way to view listener communication statistics from the current week.
Access an interactive graph which breaks down communication channels per day, preview total counts for all communication channels, and view a leaderboard of top shows based on communication counts.

Today we're introducing our newest uplifted block... the notes block!
You can now save multiple notes in your studio panels using our new block-based text editor. Add checkboxes, do-do lists, tables and more.

Improvements
  • Live Call Hold Stream Uplift
    – The old system was slow and inefficient, so we have deployed an almost instant solution so callers can hear your radio station live whilst on-hold. We have two regions available for this feature (US West & AU East).

  • Caller Intent/Notes
    – We think that caller intents/notes are a very important part of handling phone calls when live on-air. That's why we are showing caller intent/notes at all times within your studio panel (when populated). Keep your presenters well-informed of every call.

  • Call Transfers, Simplified
    – Need to transfer a call between your screener and studio endpoints? We admit, our previous implementation of call transfers was slow and unreliable. We've removed the 'Transfer' option and now only show a 'Transfer & Hold' icon. It's one less decision you have to make!

Bug Fixes
  • Call transfers between studio and screener endpoints were dropping, fixed by issuing correct callUUID's upon transfer
  • Calls stuck on hold and couldn't be transferred when using live call hold music, fixed by scrapping old system and implementing new hold system

We're uplifting our blocks in studio panels with better customization options and accessibility enhancements. We've started with the SMS/MMS block.
New features include:
  • Customization options for font size, colors, image sizes and listener profile visibility toggles;
  • Customization for date display (relative or full);
  • Live sync of deleted messages from dashboard (messages will be auto-removed from the studio panel);
  • Live sync of blocked listeners via dashboard (all messages from the blocked listener will be auto-removed from the studio panel);
We'll be adding these features to more blocks over the coming days.

You can now pull now playing data direct from your Meta Radio on air endpoint! As requested, we have just enabled the Meta Radio (by Media Realm) consumer.
To add a new Meta Radio consumer, simply log in to your Dashboard and head to Station > Consumers > Add Consumer.

Hi everyone,
We have been notified of an outage with our Facebook/Instagram connection, we are working with Meta to get the service back up as soon as possible.
At the moment we are just awaiting verification on Meta's end before we can push our fix live.
Thanks for your patience!
Just a quick update, we have switched over to our higher performance servers today after two months of thorough testing. This should further decrease page load times compared to our old server stack.
If you don't already know, Studiio had a 72% performance increase over Broadcast Launch. These latest updates push that figure up to 85%!
We have also increased our database performance by 30% through optimizations and memory upgrades.
We encourage all BETA testers to make a transition over from Broadcast Launch to enjoy the increased performance, more features, and better stability.
This is one of our final steps before we launch to the public later this year. So we would highly value your comments, bug requests and critique over the coming months 😄
