Data is sourced from TomTom via worldwide providers/government agencies.

We've added base warnings for Australian locations using BoM data.

We're getting ready to go live with our WhatsApp Business product, so this update focuses on some behind-the-scenes changes along with some visual updates.

We've updated our dashboard with some fresh new icons and some minor visual element enhancements.

Your shows are laid out over your inbound communication timeline graph so you have a better reference for time.

Communication breakdown shows a better visualization of your communication channels.

We've launched a moderation queue for SMS/MMS messages!

Your presenters and staff can now report messages directly via your Studio Panels or dashboard, once reported the message is removed, and is shown in your moderation queue for further action (either restore the message or block the listener)

We're adding a schedule button next to your on-air and up next shows in the footer of your Studio Panel so you can quickly see your radio schedule and shows.

Perfect for your presenters wanting to plug future shows, or doing a quick lookup of who the last show was.

We have built our software, we've tested it twice, now we're waiting on Meta to determine if we're naughty or nice. WhatsApp Business is coming to Studiio.

In all seriousness, you'll soon be able to connect your WhatsApp Business account to Studiio. Receive messages from listeners via WhatsApp and reply directly from your Studio Panel.

The final month of the year, what a year it's been! A big welcome to new customers, and a big shout out to our BETA customers. We've received some great feedback lately and pushed some new updates to improve your Studiio experience. We welcome all feedback and suggestions!

You can now receive notifications in your browser or via our web app on mobile devices. Notifications currently support inbound SMS/MMS messages and chat messages.

SMS Notifications: Sent when an inbound SMS is received.

Chat Notifications: Sent when a new chat message appears in the chat window.

To enable notifications in the app, open it and navigate to Settings > Notifications and register the device.

We're still progressing towards a carrier swap in the coming months. This will introduce some new features to the phone system, better call quality, more edge nodes and more countries.

We've pushed some styling updates to the footer of your Studio Panels. Visually we have made the footer slightly taller, and we've updated the styling of all elements (and alerts).

You can now modify the appearance of your Studio Panel via Layout Mode

You can now customize your date and time displayed in the footer of your Studio Panels.

For time, select from 12-hour, 24-hour or natural language (e.g. 'Twelve minutes past three').

For date, select from multiple formats including day of week.

You can access the new appearance settings via Layout Mode:

WebSMS allows you to rent a New Zealand short code and receive/send SMS messages.

Our integration with WebSMS allows you to receive SMS messages, and send SMS messages via our API using your WebSMS short code.

Today is our last day in BETA. It's been a huge 12 months, a big thank you to everyone who submitted feedback during this period. We will keep the feedback board open forever, so if you do have any feedback or suggestions please go ahead and add them!

We have just pushed a change to your Studio Panels to provide better support for smaller screen sizes. Previously, we displayed a message when your screen size was too small to properly display the studio panel blocks.

Now, we have updated the interface to automatically stack all blocks in a single column on smaller screens, ensuring you can access and use all Studio Panel functionality regardless of your device or screen size.

This improvement means you can now:

We've just pushed an update to add a new show timeslot selector. You've asked for an easier way to add and edit timeslots on shows, we've listened!

You can now add and edit timeslots via a visual grid, and adding multiple timeslots has never been easier!

We counted 14 clicks to add a new timeslot in our previous layout, that's a lot of clicks to simply add a timeslot! This new selector makes adding a new timeslot easier within 5 clicks (1 click to open show, 1 click to edit timeslots, 1 click to add a start time, 1 click to add an end time, 1 click to confirm timeslot selection).
