From a customer: Is it possible for the studio panel blocks to have a white background with black writing? The email block gave me an option for a white background and i think it looks way better.

Studio Displays will be secondary screens (designed for walls in your radio studio) that presenters can control from their Studio Panels. This would be handy for radio stations that take photos or videos of their presenters whilst on-air for promotional purposes. It is also beneficial for radio presenters as it's another display which can show timely information (e.g. when there's a new SMS message, an alert or to show info that presenters want) Ideas: Show station logo or graphic/video as default Allow show branding during shows (automatically show branding when show starts, remove branding when show ends) Notifications for Studio Panel events (e.g. new text message, new email etc…) Alerts (from Studio Panel) Allow station branding elements, logos, or promotional content to be displayed (e.g. if a guest is being interviewed, show an image and their name) News headlines Clock (world clock?) Phone line status / caller queue Could be contextual (e.g. show phone screen only when phone is in-use on studio panel). We could look at selling hardware for it (e.g. raspberry pi wireless pre-loaded so it's plug and play... plug in, connect to wi-fi, enter display key, done). This would be a more affordable solution compared to SmartSign 3 (broadcastradio[.]com)

From a customer: It would be beneficial to have Main Roads WA traffic updates integrated into Studiio. One of our announcers previously received regular updates via email, and another uses Main Roads' X account. Having this feature would streamline our process and keep our team informed.

It would be great if the AI could greet callers by name when they are recognized. This personalized touch would enhance the caller experience and make interactions more engaging.

I am interested in a web-based telephony feature that allows people to 'call in' via a web widget instead of making a physical phone call. This would provide a more modern and accessible way for users to interact with the service, especially for those who prefer using web-based applications over traditional phone calls.

I think it would be great to have an SMS Trigger feature where if a user sends an SMS containing the string 'Song History', they receive a reply with the last three songs played. Additionally, having the option to send the current playing song or the current show on air would be beneficial. It would also be useful to have a trigger for 'Announcer' to inform users about the current announcer. This feature would enhance user interaction and engagement.

Allow WhatsApp accounts to be added to Broadcast Launch. Receive and reply to WhatsApp messages from Broadcast Launch.

It would be great if there was a way to edit the alerts, e.g. change colours or wording, rather than create a new one
