Feature Requests

We would love to be able to add presenters to each program but to do so means sending them an email which gives them a fair bit of read-only access in the background. We'd love an access level that allows each presenter to access to their person profile only, allowing them to add their profile photo and not much else. At the moment, if we add a new presenter, it sends an email inviting them to view much of the background activity.

I'd like to know when a message has been received when the studio is unattended. I have the browser open on my mobile but don't get alerts to new messages. If we can't trigger notifications via browser on mobile, is there some other simple interface (basic app only showing SMS?) that can notify about new messages and allow responses to SMS's received)?

Further to my other request about a schedule block, it would be great if we could click on a program (either in the footer or in a schedule block) and have the program details appear - program name, short bio, presenter name, social media links, etc.

From a customer: Is it possible for the studio panel blocks to have a white background with black writing? The email block gave me an option for a white background and i think it looks way better.

It would be handy to be able to EDIT schedules for shows instead of deleting and adding manually. Currently, every show in our schedule starts and ends 1 hour earlier than it broadcasts so I have to manually edit each show. The only way to change the start and end times is to delete them and add a new one.

At the moment, noise reduction has to be manually enabled for each call. Having it toggled on by default would be a welcome quality-of-life improvement. Again, another setting within the phone settings which then pushed through to studio panel would be great.

Each time they open the Studio Panel, they need to reselect the phone endpoint. Storing this preference in the browser would make the workflow much quicker.

Currently, recordings need to be retrieved via the dashboard, which can be a bit long-winded. It would be much smoother if these were accessible directly from the Studio Panel. Then the presenters could easily get the call into the Playout Systems logs.

A listener location map would be a great addition. It could be integrated into the studio panel, dashboard, or as a widget. This feature would allow us to see where our listeners are located globally, which would be particularly useful for shows with international audiences.
