🇦🇺 ACMA Sender ID Register

Studiio is aware of the upcoming ACMA Sender ID registration changes, and we want to update our Australian customers on what this means for you.
Studiio does not use Sender IDs when sending SMS replies or triggers. We always send messages from your phone number rather than your account name. This means your listeners won't receive Studiio SMS messages with an 'unverified' label, they'll continue to see your SMS number as the sender just as they do now.
You do not need to register a Sender ID with ACMA for your Studiio phone numbers.
However, if you use a separate provider for bulk SMS sending, you may need to register with ACMA. Please contact that provider for further details.
