Dashboard: Show Stats + Performance Updates

We've just pushed a new update to our dashboard!

Features include:

⚡️ A faster interface: We've cleaned up some unused code, made some performance improvements and added some better route handling.

📊 New show level statistics: Now visible via the new Shows page and within each show itself. See which shows have the most engagement, and what communication channels you get the most engagement from per show.

🎧 Listeners page updates: We've added two new modules (listener tenure and top listeners)
