We've been busy. This release brings a refreshed look to your dashboard, meaningful upgrades to account security, richer listener insight, and a first look at where your station's content is heading. Here's everything that's new.
A fresh new look
Your dashboard has a new font and visual style. We've cleaned up the typography and refined the interface so everything is easier to read and quicker to scan, the same Studiio you know, looking sharper and feeling more modern. No action needed; it's already live the next time you log in.
Stronger account security
Two updates make it easier to keep your account locked down without locking yourself out.
2FA recovery codes are here. You can now download a set of recovery codes to keep somewhere safe. If you ever lose access to your usual two-factor method, a lost phone, a wiped authenticator app, a recovery code gets you back in. Generate and download yours from your security settings.
Add multiple passkeys. You're no longer limited to a single passkey for biometrics or a security key. Register your laptop's fingerprint reader, your phone, or a hardware key in a drawer so you always have a way in, whichever device you're on.
Memberships & Donations in the Listeners area
Your listeners are more than a name and an email. You can now attach membership and donation data to individual listeners, and see it surfaced against both listener and show records. That means a clearer picture of who's supporting your station, how, and around which programming... all in one place, right where you're already working.
In future, you will be able to automatically sync membership and donation data through integrations. If you have any suggestions for integrations, please let us know!
New: Content tab (BETA testers only)
Our beta testers are getting an early look at the Content tab, a single home for everything that goes into a show. Scripts, run sheets, news bulletins, weather reports and audio files all live together in one central place. No more scattered docs and hunting for the right file before you go on air.
It's in beta for now while we gather feedback. If you don't see the tab yet, we'll be releasing it to our customers in the coming weeks.
Tidier moderation
Handling moderated SMS/MMS messages just got cleaner. You can now dismiss a moderated message to clear it out of your moderation queue while keeping the message itself deleted. The result is a tidier queue that only shows what still needs your attention.
That's the lot for this release. As always, we'd love to hear what you think, your feedback shapes what we build next. Head over to our feedback board or launch our live chat.
