The final month of the year, what a year it's been! A big welcome to new customers, and a big shout out to our BETA customers. We've received some great feedback lately and pushed some new updates to improve your Studiio experience. We welcome all feedback and suggestions!
New Features
SMS/MMS Trigger Update
  • You can now use a catch-all to trigger upon every message
  • You can now set triggers to only match once per listener (to prevent triggers from sending to listener upon every message match)

Device/Browser Notifications
You can now receive notifications in your browser or via our web app on mobile devices. Notifications currently support inbound SMS/MMS messages and chat messages.
SMS Notifications: Sent when an inbound SMS is received.
Chat Notifications: Sent when a new chat message appears in the chat window.
For desktop browsers:
  • Head to your dashboard, Settings > Notifications
  • Add your device
For mobile devices:
  • Head to your dashboard
iOS:
  • Tap the Share button, which is the square icon with an arrow pointing upwards, located in the bottom center of the screen.
  • Select "Add to Home Screen" from the menu that appears.
  • Tap "Add" in the top right corner.
  • You will then see Studiio added as an app to your Home Screen
Android:
  • Open the menu: Tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
  • Select "Add to Home screen": From the dropdown menu, choose the "Add to Home screen" option.
  • Confirm and install: A pop-up will appear. You may have the option to customize the app's name before tapping "Add" or "Install" to finalize the process.
  • You will then see Studiio added as an app to your Home Screen
To enable notifications in the app, open it and navigate to Settings > Notifications and register the device.

Ongoing
Carrier Swap
We're still progressing towards a carrier swap in the coming months. This will introduce some new features to the phone system, better call quality, more edge nodes and more countries.
