Studiio will be performing scheduled maintenance ahead of our carrier migration this weekend.
- Database upgrades will be carried our over the next 24 hours, minimal downtime is expected (<5 mins)
- Deployment of BSD key/value store cache will occur (no downtime)
- Deployment of our C2 carrier will occur this weekend, this means you may see some changes to your dashboard and studio panels (<1 min of downtime)
Studio Panels:
- Your studio panel screens will show an update when it is available, it will apply automatically and your studio panel screens will automatically refresh to apply the update
- No issues expected for customers on our C1 carrier, phone calls and SMS/MMS messages will work as-normal
Dashboard:
- C1 carrier customers will not be able to rent new phone numbers
- Existing phone numbers are not affected
- C1 carrier customers may opt to port their C1 numbers to our C2 carrier if they wish to join the BETA (email support@studiio.io)
- New customers will join the C2 BETA automatically (C1 is depreciated)
