Be able to Toggle individual Notice Board Messages On/Off, this allows admin to use them again, being able to drag them in order on the main admin dashboard would be good too would be good too

Thanks for your suggestion! I can look into adding:

An archive function to hide notices no longer needed, or to archive for later use
The ability to pin notices to the top

Notices are displayed in order of creation date, so dragging them in order wouldn't be feasible. I hope the ability to pin notices to the top helps instead!
