The Chat Box is invaluable but you can't keep it open. It disappears as soon as you click back on the dashboard. Can it be made sticky, or into a box on the dashboard - or even better, make it so it automatically pops up when a message is recieved.

The next version of our dashboard is underway which will bring the chatbox in a much more prominent position AND pop up automatically (if you choose to enable this).
Keep an eye out for the next version in the coming months.
